Reading Rabbits, a special reading programme for local Year 1 children designed to get them off to a flying start with reading  and hooked on books is underway. Sponsored by Rotary Club Margaret River, with the support of the Margaret River Library and the Margaret River BookShop Reading Rabbits encourages children to read more... Shire of Augusta Margaret River Librarian, Rachael Drummond has visited schools to introduced the children  to the programme and to  hand out Reading Rabbits starter packs. Every  child  who signs up.. AND ITS ABSOLUTELY FREE and  borrows and reads 10 books from the Margaret River or Augusta Library will receive a $10 book voucher from the Margaret River BookShop to buy themselves a book of their choice.
