Over 30 wholesome food enthusiasts enjoyed a taste of wholesome local produce complemented with a glass or two of beautiful Cullens bio-dynamic wines as Jude Blereau, a leading WA natural food chef and author, linked the Margaret River regional journey from earth to plate.
Down to Earth with Jude Blereau was a Margaret River Readers & Writers Festival wind up event. Compere for the evening, Western Australian food writer Jane Cornes, kept the pot boiling as the bubbly Jude gave her key thoughts on what exactly is wholesome food.
Local chef and passionate wholesome food lover, Hamish McLeay, manager of Bunkers Beach Cafe, peppered the proceedings with range of delectable wholesome dishes to illustrate the themes of Judes presentation.
